To be considered, you must have evidence of commercial decision support within a international multi-regional role. Corporate Regulatory Compliance Manager

Executive Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support for the two Principals and Chief Operating Officer. Proactively manage calendars, appointments, travel, investor relations, meeting agendas, presentations, reports, conference registration, and projects as assigned by executives. Overflow for development staff as needed. Responsibilities: schedule meetings with team members, partners, vendors, manage administrative needs for PIRHLs Principals including management receipts, prepare expense reports and obtain approval for processing,coordinate signatures for all projects, checks, invoices, and all internal and external documents, anticipate and coordinate travel itineraries including air, rental cars, accommodations, conference room rentals, preferences of each executive and provide thorough itineraries, proactively anticipate issues and problems before they arise regarding any scheduling conflicts, travel issues or the like. Location: Las Vegas, NV USA. Salary:$40,000 per annum.
