Process Engineer works with complex medical packaging machinery to improve operational efficiency and reliability, solve production problems, suggest maintenance schedules and corrective actions, and start up and test system changes. Responsibilities: analyze packaging process to identify areas causing quality defects, reducing system availability and system speed, and then organize, manage and complete corrective action; create and initiate machinery and process test protocols; develop process improvement recommendations. Requirements: bachelors degree in Engineering (MBA a plus) along with 5 + years related field experience in automation service / maintenance; 5+ years related field experience in pharmaceutical packaging. Responsibilities: work on projects and provide assistance in completing air dispersion modeling, environmental compliance, and related technical assignments; calculate emissions, identify permit and regulatory requirements for sources, complete permit applications, and research federal and state air quality regulations; be involved in projects and assignments in air quality permitting, regulatory support, environmental impact statements (EIS), and environmental assessments (EA); handle presentations and reports to clients, and work with permitting agencies and on-site personnel at client facility. Net Application Engineer
Candidate must be skilled in MS DotNet Studio, VB.NET, SqlServer2008,VB6, and Crystal Reports, with at least 10 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server (SQL 6.5 to SQL 2008) development and administration. They must possess at least 6 years of experience in Relational database designing using ERWin, MS Visio, or Enterprise Architect tools, and 8 years of experience in Oracle (SQL and PL/SQL). Candidate must have at least 3 years experience designing, developing and troubleshooting applications that poll and monitor remote Steam equipment. Must possess excellent knowledge of work management systems used to schedule and track work remotely.
