Structural Engineer
We are seeking a structural engineer to be involved in the design of building structures. This individual will work closely with senior engineers to design buildings for a broad range of clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: design of buildings, which may include foundations, pilings, roofs, walls and other structural supporting members; work with mechanical and electrical engineers to design subsystems into building; meet with clients to learn what the client needs and how to achieve that goal; review drawings of proposed facilities; do wind sheer and load calculations and ensure they are up to code. QUALIFICATION bachelors degree in structural engineering; EIT from the State of Texas; 5+ years of experience in the design of buildings; solid working knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit software; good communication skills; able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team of engineers; ability to do load calculations; ability to calculate wind sheer factor. Location: Texas, US. Salary: $75,000 per annum.
Heavy Equipment Operator
Our company is seeking to fill the position of Heavy Equipment Operator who will operate a wide assortment of heavy equipment. The candidate must have prior experience operating some or all of the following: dozers, tractors, excavators, and industrial forklifts. . The position will consist of approximately 65% of the time spent operating equipment and the remainder of the time doing Field Technician work.This hourly position involves substantial overtime. Qualifications operate heavy equipment such as: dozers, tractors, excavators, rollers, and industrial forklifts; substantial overtime and some overnight travel; the candidate should have at least 1 years of verifiable experience; prefer local candidates that are located within 1 hour of Wheeling, WV; energy industry experience is preferred. Location: West Virginia, US. Salary: $60,000.
Senior Construction Estimator
Our firm does a large amount of construction estimating and construction management work for multiple client such as large hospital / healthcare facilities, regional electrical and power utilities providers, and global telecommunications providers. As well as several other higher education college and universities (Labs and Multi-Story Buildings). Our projects tend to range from $200k to $50 Million. Construction Estimator Role & Responsibilities: this Senior Construction Estimator will be responsible for job walks, site walks, pre bid meetings, leadership, operations, etc; all the typical duties; they must be able to communicate efficiently and be comfortable giving presentations in front of organizations such as County of LA; the need to have leadership and managements skills; this is a Management level role
in which this Chief Estimator will be running a department of approximately 6 people, mostly construction estimators and a coordinator.Location: California, US. Salary: $130,000 yearly.
