Lead Maintenance Technician

A growing construction company in Dallas, TX is in an immediate search for an Estimator. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in Concrete Estimating & Underground Utility knowledge. Must have the Ability to prepare complex proposal with minimal supervision. This person must be able to work well within the team and communicate to the appropriate managers. This person must be organized and pay a great deal of attention to detail, must be comfortable to work within tight time constraints and under pressure. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, and understanding of all facets of construction trades, and how they integrate. We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
