Mortgage Servicing Specialist
Monitors foreclosure loans and ensures that foreclosure actions on individual accounts are completed in a timely manner, according to investor / insurer, state, and regulatory guidelines, minimizing financial losses to the company. May work with legal and other organizations to document foreclosure proceedings. Handles routine levels of transactions with oversight by senior staff and managers to complete daily tasks. Typically will have 0-4 years experience with a working knowledge of the mortgage business and general office skills. Loan Specialist
Responsible for ensuring that all commercial real estate (CRE) and multi-family residential (MFR) property loans are set-up and processed in a timely manner while meeting all regulatory compliance requirements and achieving a high level of customer service. Responsibilities primarily focus on customer care and relationship management of the Bank's CRE/MRF Clients. Communicate with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the customer relationship is maintained and the highest possible level. Review & set-up loan files for completeness; identifying & resolving any missing documentation or potential problems. Thoroughly analyze each CRE / MFR loan request, such that the loan narrative, grading worksheet, appraisal(s), environmental assessment(s), application, preliminary report (or title commitment) and all credit, property, and lease verifications meet Banks loan program. Location: New York, US. Salary: $65,000 per annum.
Group Underwriter
Each level of Underwriter is responsible for determining acceptability of insurance risks and appropriate premium rates for large renewal employer groups in accordance with corporate underwriting guidelines and authority limits. The higher level senior positions are responsible for more complex duties as pertains to these responsibilities. Essential duties for each position will include, but are not limited to: calculates renewal rates for group cases based on a thorough analysis of group's experience, industry, geographic location, size and demographics; prepares annual settlements according to the terms of the group's financial arrangement, ERISA reports, rate and funding alternative projections, benefit change increments and decrements and post sale review; group U / W SR E12 and / or Consultant or Consultant Sr E13 perform more complex duties.
