Sales Representative

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative with a minimum of 5 years experience in sales. The chosen candidate will be selling HR Outsourcing. Qualified candidate must have demonstrated the ability to overcome obstacles, achieve sales goals, and have the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings. The ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is strongly preferred. A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to : generating revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, networking, recommending products/services, and closing sales; developing sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and the market environment; collaborating with management to achieve monthly sales targets with close attention to increasing market share and key account growth; working in an assigned territory to identify new business opportunities, meet with decision-makers to analyze their needs, and identify areas for company to provide value added service improvements; maintaining current knowledge of company products and cultivating and developing professional referral channels; proven B to B sales is a must. Location: Cleveland OH, USA. Salary: USD45,000 annually.

Vendor Liaison

Serves customers by selling and demonstration of products; meeting customer needs. Duties: services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors; adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor; focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers; submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature; keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses; monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc; recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments; resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management; maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies; provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales; contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Location: Atlanta, GA, USA. Salary: KUSD65 per year.
