Marketing Promotion Analyst
The Promotion Analyst develops and implements promotional reporting and analytics across businesses and markets to support promotional activity and to facilitate promotional effectiveness and change. In addition, collaboration with Corporate Planning Analysis, Relationship Marketing, Media Planning, Store Budgeting, Merchandising and Pricing is necessary to deliver cross-functional analytics on select projects.Job Description: support the Promotional Lift Methodology by creating weekly lift reports and developing enhancements that improve effectiveness and use; manage and report upon weekly ad performance metrics; work closely with Category Management and Corporate Planning Analysis to align corporate and category budgets / re-forecasts with annual promotional plans; perform ad hoc reporting and analysis where necessary; provide training, education and analytical support to Category Management and Marketing where necessary; present analysis and business strategy recommendations to all levels of management.Job Requirements: 4-year college degree in Business Administration / Economics / Marketing or related field; MBA a plus; 5-7 years analytical experience; preferably in a retail environment. Category Management knowledge a plus; proficiency in SQL; demonstrated excellent analytical skills; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; extensive knowledge of accounting and finance principles a plus; excellent technical skills and software knowledge including knowledge of Excel, Access, Powerpoint and relational databases; proven ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and with tight deadlines; proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. Location: Rhode Island, US. Salary: USD 72,000+ annually.
Inhouse Digital Designer
We are looking for an ambitious Digital Designer, who can take a lead in concept and campaign creative. We are rapidly expanding and, at this exciting time, need a fast paced designer, with an eye for e-commerce. The role is London based, but will involve working on global' projects. There will be weekly email campaigns, website landing pages / promo banners, as well as bigger projects (using rich media) aimed at engaging and inspiring new customers.The ideal candidate must: be proficient in Fireworks/Photoshop and HTML/Dreamweaver - you will be producing visuals for campaigns and projects and must show a strong visual aesthetic; understand design from a sales and B2C point of view; be a team player and a great communicator; high attention to detail and able to work quickly; have a portfolio of work that demonstrates innovative thinking - examples of branding, campaigns and experience in ecommerce; have a professional and proactive attitude. As well as working with a team, you must be driven and capable of working independently and to a tight schedule. We are looking for a quick worker, keen to impress and who will be working until the project is done rather than leaving as soon as it's the end of the day. This role will open up a variety of exciting work - you will be right in the centre of creativity and we are looking to get somebody on board who is ready to take on this challenge.
