Factory Accountant

Main Purpose of the Job: To provide a sound accounting financial function for the plant within the confine of Company policy including supervising the Accounting Staff. Main Missions and Results: Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling of the work in the Accounts Department to ensure the effective operation of all functions and that all delegated duties have been carried out. Responsible for the control and maintenance of the asset registers of plant. Responsible for the allocation of expense accounts and review of all creditor reconciliations. Effective processing and payment of all related creditors including accurate payroll wages and related benefits. Liaison with customers when necessary to review all debtors reconciliations and authorize all credit notes passed. Review import suppliers statement balances and timeouts process and authorize payment after determining landed unit cost. Responsible for confirmation of all intercompany accounts. Record financial transactions timeouts in prescribed manner and books of account and submit an accurate financial data monthly, including liaison with external auditors and authorize company payments. Has control over input of computer data relating to financial function and submission of various statutory returns as required. Location: Gauteng, South Africa. Salary: R300,000 - 400,000 Per Annum

Factory Foreman

We are currently looking for a Factory Foreman with the relevant experience to come in and hit the ground running. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be expected to offer your experience and support to the Cabinet Makers and the team in general. To be considered for this role: Cabinet Making trade background; a proven track record as a Factory Foreman; be able to communicate and lead by example. Have a strong understanding of building materials. Excellent organizational skills. Physically fit and able to lift and move a range of items. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right Factory Foreman to join an already well established financially secure company that is showing no signs of slowing down.
