Interim Human Resources Director, Supply Chain

Product Manager
We are recruiting a Product Manager who will be responsible for the product management of all Gas Detection Instrumentation Products in the Oil Gas and Petrochemical markets on and inside North America. This includes the responsibility for Product Positioning and Development for Permanent Instruments; conducting coaching of regional / national product marketing teams. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist the Product Group Director and the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of the product strategy, analyze and propose the best mix product portfolio, including fitness and pricing to implement the product positioning strategy, concentrate focus on the new product portfolio to optimize product coverage, product fitness and profitability. Implement approved programs including the management of design alternatives throughout the New Product Development (NPD) process to attain a successful launch. Lead NPD projects for the product line of responsibility, communicate closely with the Customer Focus Team to attain share and profitability objectives, to support the pursuit of large sales opportunities and to identify future market trends and to propose development opportunities in partnership with other functions. In return you will receive a basic salary in USD $85,000 - $125,000 per annum (flexible on experience) + Benefits. Location: Several Locations in Pittsburgh, United States.
