ISO/Agent Bank Alliance Program Manager (Non-Sales)

The ISO/Agent Bank Alliance Program Manager (Non-Sales) will be responsible for assisting in the execution of internal control discipline and operational excellence within the Operations Line of Business; specifically with regards to PSP's, ISO's, and 3rd party product programs. The Business Manager will assist in assessing, developing and executing the appropriate product plans that align with the business strategies. Leverages data in order to monitor effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. As a result, the Business Manager will build out mitigating action plans, partner reviews, budgets, forecasts, milestones and controls. The Business Manager will also assist team in completion of multiple enterprise required assessments, including risk, contract agreements, registration, and ongoing monitoring and control self-assessment. Senior Manager, Commercial Banking

Leads the execution of strategies and tactics to grow the business. - Leads the development of financial, business and credit management plans. - Ensures the effective implementation and alignment of initiatives with market. - Reviews and integrates business banking strategies and action plans developed for each portfolio to ensure they meet annual business and financial plans . - Establishes and implements effective strategies to improve the client experience and enhancing client relationships. - Gains employee commitment by developing and maintaining a culture that enhances the employee experience. - Demonstrates effective partnership management to grow the franchise. - Experience/Competencies: - Minimum eight (8) years strong commercial and real estate lending background. - Strong Marketing/Business Development skills with a proven track record is required. - Strong negotiation skills. - Strong risk assessment skills. - Supervisory experience essential. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). - Education: Post-secondary education majoring in Finance or Accounting preferred or equivalent experience will be considered. - Responsibilities - Grow and manage a portfolio of new and existing commercial banking client relationships (both loans and deposits). - Must possess a network of local contacts and undertake proactive marketing activities to attract new clients to the Bank. - Actively seek opportunities to promote other Bank products. - Prepare credit applications and renewals, including the review of financial statements, ensuring applicants exhibit quality risk assessment and analysis. - Work effectively with management and support staff to enhance professionalism, productivity and team achievement. - Location: Vancouver Canada - Salary:$112,000 -
